Another roofer came and tarped my roof until insurance adjuster came out. The tarp came loose and we are expecting another round of storms. Lucas Lewis volunteered to come over and fix it. He was out within 30 minutes and got my roof secured! Thank you James Peel and Lucas Lewis!

We have used Longboat Key Roofing for our last 3 home roofs. This last one was done 2 years ago, today we thought we had a leak, they came out the same day we contacted them. They discovered it was actually the AC duct! Didn't charge us for coming out! Obviously we've been impressed with their work, to use 3 times on 3 different homes.... but they go over and beyond for their customers and THAT'S what will keep us coming back again and again!

Wanted to let everyone know what a great experience we had with Longboat Key Roofing. We did our homework on bidding out our new roof. We had 5 companies present proposals, Longboat Key being the last one. We had almost made a decision to move forward with another company but decided to talk to LBKR from a recommendation of a realtor at my wife's work. After meeting with James and John I knew we would be going with their company. The price was slightly more than the others but they were willing to negotiate. I felt right away that we were getting a premium company for a great price. Once we accepted the contract we asked that our board allotment not exceed a certain dollar amount. This was not written in the contract, simply through email and discussions with James. Well this turned out to be important. Once the guys started on the work, they did not stop. They worked from 7 am to past 7 pm practically every night. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very courteous to the entire family. We met with Michael, the production manager after the first day. He let me know the crew had replaced 15 boards. On the first day! We were already past our allotment. On day two the crew replaced another 8 boards. Wow 23 total. I must say I was nervous at this point. I had no idea our roof was in this bad of shape. I figured we would work it out with James after completion. The work continued on and I must say when completed it turned out even better than we expected. The shingles we chose actually matched perfectly with our house color. We are so thrilled with how it looks. We feel like we have a new home. A few days after completion we received the invoice for the additional boards. I was amazed. The price was what James had agreed to in our discussion - no questions asked. He did exactly as he promised, outside of the contract. That's truly good business and very much appreciated. Keep up the good work guys.
