This is my first Google review, as I don't use social media, but I wanted to share how grateful I am for my roof replacement. I chose Longboat Key based on friends' experiences and the posted reviews - trust them, they were absolutely right.I live in an HOA and in a multiplex unit with strict requirements, and Longboat Key was approved with no issues. My neighbors were pleased with the work as well.Ivan and Lucas's teams worked through the extreme June/July heat with real commitment. The crew was respectful, easy to work with, and took great care with the property. Laura handled communication and paperwork smoothly, which made everything easier.There were no surprises - James, the owner was upfront and transparent from start to finish. The workmanship looks beautiful, and the whole project felt stress-free.I've already recommended them to others, and they've been pleased with their full roof replacements. I truly appreciate the care and effort from James and his team and am happy to recommend them.

I highly recommend Longboat Key Roofing. They did an excellent job replacing my roof. I wasn’t in town when they did it so they sent me pictures showing me things they were working on throughout the project. I felt that the pricing to do the job was affordable.

We just had a new roof installed by Longboat Key Roofing and we couldn’t be happier. Every step was explained beforehand by VP James Peel and Laura Jung and followed up by specialized Removal and Reinstall teams managed by Ivan and Lucas who oversaw the hardest working men imaginable. Our pool, lanai, landscaping, garage doors and driveway pavers were protected from damage and the site was totally cleaned up every evening which really impressed our neighbors. Follow up people repaired and repainted stucco and decorative moldings and worked with Skyway Gutters to make sure our finished product is perfect. As I mentioned before, we couldn’t be happier that we chose Longboat Key Roofing.

The process to select a new roofing company started with a meeting with James Peel, president of. He prepared a very descriptive folder with all pertinent, up to date information about a roof replacement- mine and attached neighbors was 25 years old. Learned a lot — James hires and uses only his Emory’s for total installation; a supervisor is on location everyday, property is combed everyday for debris, dumpsters are removed each day and photos of work progress are provided each day and supervisor will takes calls for any questions. Little imposition on my part. Quality of materials and workmanship is far above what I saw on neighboring roof replacements. Truly a superior company with affordable and competitive pricing. Don’t let company scare you away! Definitely ask first an estimate- you will be pleasantly impressed!! Supervisors , workman and office personnel are wonderful to deal with. Superior company all way around.

Longboat Key Roofing was really great to work with. Starting with James then Laura and the two site managers Ivan and Lucas. They send two different teams to take care of your roof. The first team removes the old roof and prepares your roof for the new roof. The second team installs the new roof. They are very efficient, they clean up every night and use a magnet to get any stray roofing nails on your property. If I didn’t say it I love my new roof!
