I had interviewed 6 different roofing companies before deciding to go with Longboat Key Roofing for replacing my tile roof. In the initial interview, James didn't try to sell me on a bunch of bells and whistles. He explained what was needed, what the price would be, and left me with the information I would need to make a decision. Their quote wasn't the lowest I got or the highest, but it did come in lower than what some of my neighbors had paid with other roofing companies. What I especially liked is that I didn't get a bunch of calls and emails afterward asking if I had made a decision yet or what they had to do to get my business. I was bombarded with those kind of messages from the other companies I had interviewed. But these guys managed to do the work without disrupting the neighbors or the street traffic.
