I had interviewed 6 different roofing companies before deciding to go with Longboat Key Roofing for replacing my tile roof. In the initial interview, James didn't try to sell me on a bunch of bells and whistles. He explained what was needed, what the price would be, and left me with the information I would need to make a decision. Their quote wasn't the lowest I got or the highest, but it did come in lower than what some of my neighbors had paid with other roofing companies. What I especially liked is that I didn't get a bunch of calls and emails afterward asking if I had made a decision yet or what they had to do to get my business. I was bombarded with those kind of messages from the other companies I had interviewed. The roofing crew worked efficiently and cleaned up each night and were extremely nice. I'm not sure people realize how hard roofers work and the kind of extremes they deal with, especially in Florida. But these guys managed to do the work without disrupting the neighbors or the street traffic. The crew at Longboat Key Roofing did such an outstanding job on replacing my roof, that all of my neighbors have commented on how good the roof looks.
